Senior MLOps & Generative AI Engineer

Job Summary

To advance healthcare outcomes and operational excellence, the full-time Senior MLOps & Generative AI Engineer will design and implement scalable ML infrastructure and Generative AI applications while working remotely in various states.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ML infrastructure and deployment pipelines for model lifecycle management
• Lead the architecture and deployment of secure, production-ready Generative AI solutions using LLMs and RAG pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize AI/ML and Generative AI solutions at enterprise scale

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building and deploying production software, ML systems, or AI platforms
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with production Generative AI or LLM-based applications
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with implementing RAG architectures and vector databases
• Experience deploying AI/ML systems in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP
