Senior Mobile Core Architect

Job Summary

Experienced in mobile core network operations, the full-time Senior Mobile Core Architect will manage the cloud mobile platform, configure network equipment, and drive telecom interconnections while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage STPs, DRAs, HLR/HSS, SMSC, SGSN, GGSN/PGW, SBC, and other network equipment
• Utilize and build dashboards to identify issues and patterns, ensuring effective incident communication internally and with third-party providers
• Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, security audits, and emergency responses, including Wireshark tracing of critical infrastructure

Required qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in the core network domain with mobile networks
• BSc degree in Telecommunication or Computer Science; post-graduate studies are a bonus
• Proficiency with SS7, Sigtran, Diameter, and Packet Switched technologies
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix systems and advanced testing tools like Wireshark
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and ability to work under pressure
