Senior Mobile Developer

Job Summary

To support a large-scale modernization initiative, the contract Senior Mobile Developer will work remotely to decouple mobile applications from legacy back-end services, focusing on migration, service creation, and native mobile development in Kotlin and/or Swift.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing mobile application integrations with back-end services dependent on WebSphere
• Perform migration and retirement of WebSphere functionalities impacting mobile endpoints
• Partner with mobile development teams to assist with native iOS and Android development tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in native mobile development (iOS and/or Android)
• Proven experience with WebSphere Application Server and Portal
• Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Swift programming
• Experience with REST API development and reconfiguring endpoints
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash
