Senior Mobile Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end global card issuance process, the full-time Senior Mobile Engineer will enhance card and payment products by collaborating with cross-functional teams and developing mobile applications primarily in Swift, Kotlin, or Rust, while working remotely with teams in the US and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the global card issuance process from eligibility to lifecycle servicing, improving user experience as the company expands
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into sound architecture and executable delivery plans while deeply learning the card issuing and payment domains
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to completion, focusing on security, reliability, and maintainability of features from discovery through production

Required qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience in shipping and operating production-quality mobile applications, with expertise in iOS or Android
• Strong proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, or Rust, with a willingness to learn new technologies
• Demonstrated use of AI coding tools with measurable impact on delivery speed and code quality
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese, with a genuine curiosity about card issuing and payment businesses
