Senior Mobile Engineer
Job Summary
To help build and scale patient-facing mobile applications, the full-time Senior Mobile Engineer will own the end-to-end delivery of features across iOS and Android using React Native, working remotely and collaborating closely with Product, Design, and backend engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver impactful mobile features from design through release and monitoring
- Evolve mobile architecture and improve engineering quality through testing and performance optimizations
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the long-term success of the mobile platform
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in production mobile applications
- 3+ years of experience with React Native, TypeScript, and modern React development
- Working knowledge of native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java)
- Experience owning projects from design through delivery and communicating tradeoffs
- Proven ability to mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing
