Senior Mobile Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing mobile engineering team, the contract-to-hire Senior Mobile Engineer will own and deliver complex mobile features using Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end mobile features, utilizing Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform
- Design and implement scalable mobile architectures, balancing shared and platform-specific code
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and design discussions
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of professional mobile engineering experience with deep expertise in Kotlin and strong Swift skills
- Proven experience building and maintaining production Android and iOS apps for large user bases
- Hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform
- Strong understanding of mobile system design, including state management and performance optimization
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and effectively communicate across teams
