Senior Mobile Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance the mobile experience for teams in defense and critical infrastructure, the full-time Senior Mobile Engineer will focus on improving reliability and performance of a React Native and TypeScript mobile app, while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect the mobile app for reliability in DDIL and constrained network environments
- Own critical iOS and Android integrations, ensuring seamless operation between native and cross-platform code
- Mentor engineers on mobile architecture and uphold security standards for government and enterprise customers
Required Qualifications
- Deep expertise in iOS or Android development, with knowledge of the other platform
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, SDKs, and networking fundamentals
- Experience building reliable mobile systems that function well under unreliable connectivity
- Proficiency in mobile performance profiling and debugging on real devices
- Ability to work across native and cross-platform codebases and make architecture recommendations
