Seeking a Senior Mobile Game Designer for a full-time remote position who will own the design of individual games and features across the Modo.us portfolio, driving mechanics, features, monetization, and player experience from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design core game mechanics, bonus structures, and retention-driving meta-game features
- Shape monetization strategies and virtual currency economies while ensuring a positive player experience
- Drive LiveOps content and seasonal events, while documenting specifications for engineering and QA teams
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in mobile/web game or interaction design
- Strong understanding of iGaming/social gaming and player psychology
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and make sound design decisions
- Proficiency with AI tools for design and documentation processes
- Math fluency and strong documentation skills for effective communication across teams
