Key Responsibilities

• Lead ASO-first growth strategies for global clients and support UA initiatives
• Apply experimentation methodologies to enhance visibility, conversion, and efficiency
• Guide Growth Managers in developing analytical and strategic skills while optimizing performance across organic and paid funnels

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ASO and/or mobile UA
• Strong expertise in ASO with hands-on exposure to paid UA channels
• Solid understanding of mobile performance marketing fundamentals
• Proven experience in experimentation, hypothesis testing, and performance analysis
• Excellent client management skills in an agency environment
