Senior Mobile Software Developer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of cross-platform mobile applications, the full-time Senior Mobile Software Developer will work remotely to create and maintain applications for iOS and Android using .NET MAUI and C#, while mentoring junior developers and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of mobile applications using .NET MAUI and C# for both iOS and Android, implementing native functionality where necessary
• Architect scalable and maintainable mobile applications, ensuring adherence to performance, reliability, and security standards
• Own the mobile release process, collaborating with the DevOps team to automate and streamline build pipelines and submissions to app stores

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, particularly in mobile application development
• Hands-on experience with .NET MAUI (or Xamarin.Forms) and native mobile development in iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) or Android (Kotlin/Java)
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, including integration with REST APIs and local data persistence
• Experience with the mobile app store release process and proficiency in mobile debugging and profiling tools
