Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Senior Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement mobile solutions for the Marriott Bonvoy app
• Oversee mini-projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members while enhancing service delivery processes

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience with expertise in multiple programming languages
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Android native application development (Kotlin, Java)
• Experience in designing and maintaining scalable applications using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
• Technology leadership experience within a feature team
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification
