Senior Mobile Software Engineer
Job Summary
Building and evolving cross-platform mobile experiences, the full-time salaried Senior Mobile Software Engineer will utilize React Native to deliver customer-facing features for iOS and Android, collaborating closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to ensure high-quality and reliable applications.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Design to deliver features from ideation through App Store and Play Store release, iterating based on feedback and outcomes
- Own mobile features end-to-end across iOS and Android, including UI, state and view logic, client networking, and production rollout
- Drive engineering excellence through automated testing, code reviews, and strong observability practices
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping cross-platform mobile applications with React Native
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of modern React Native architecture
- Experience with the Expo toolchain or comparable native build setups
- Solid understanding of on-device persistence and offline-first patterns
- Experience with GraphQL APIs and well-designed REST APIs
