Senior Mobile Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the launch of the new Olo app, the full-time Senior Mobile Software Engineer will work remotely to shape next-gen features, gather user feedback, and enhance both iOS and Android codebases while collaborating with a dedicated team of engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in the team's technology stack, providing mentorship and contributing to technical decision-making
- Take ownership of complex features and projects, driving development from concept to delivery while addressing technical debt
- Lead code reviews and ensure high-quality standards across the codebase, partnering with stakeholders to refine requirements and align solutions with business goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on native mobile development
- Advanced proficiency in native iOS development using Swift and experience with designing complex algorithms and architectures
- Experience managing CI/CD processes and using tools like GitHub Actions
- Leadership skills in mentoring peers and collaborating effectively across teams
