Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mobile UX Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for mobile (iOS/Android) engagement systems
• Own the full engagement loop strategy, including interaction design and motivation systems
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate interaction models

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design with a portfolio of mobile-first consumer products
• 2+ years of experience designing interactive systems or game-based engagement models
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma with experience managing scalable design systems
• Deep understanding of behavioral psychology and retention design
• Proven experience designing for native iOS and Android mobile apps
