Senior Model Risk Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Risk & Controls Program Manager - Model Risk (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Govern the Model lifecycle, including identification, development, validation, and performance monitoring
• Support adherence to Model Risk Management Policy and ensure timely action on validation findings
• Interact with stakeholders throughout the model lifecycle, including validation and ongoing performance evaluation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Risk management, financial analysis, or statistical modeling, OR
• High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Risk management, financial analysis, or statistical modeling
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in model development or validation within the financial industry
• Experience with fraud analytics software (e.g., Python, SAS)
• Good understanding of federal guidance related to model risk management (SR 11-7)
