Senior Modern Work Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing Microsoft practice, the full-time Senior Modern Work Consultant will lead client-facing projects, design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, and provide expertise in SharePoint Online architecture and Managed Services delivery while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead client discovery, solution design, implementation, and optimization engagements for Microsoft 365
- Conduct security, governance, and compliance assessments, translating findings into actionable remediation plans
- Design and implement modern SharePoint Online solutions and guide customers through digital workplace transformations
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of Microsoft 365 consulting, administration, or engineering experience
- 3+ years of SharePoint Online architecture or administration experience
- 3+ years of experience in Managed Services or customer support
- Proven ability to lead technical engagements from discovery through delivery
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 products, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Microsoft Defender
