Senior Modernization Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Senior Modernization Architect, the successful candidate will lead client engagements to assess and modernize legacy systems, design cloud-native architectures, and build custom AI solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess legacy systems and define modernization strategies, including cloud-native architectures
• Design and implement custom AI agents and automation workflows tailored to client needs
• Lead client discovery sessions and produce actionable modernization roadmaps and architecture blueprints

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with agentic AI or LLM-powered systems in production
• Proficiency in agentic orchestration frameworks and strong programming skills in Java and Python
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Ability to design RESTful and event-driven integrations
