Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Monetization Analyst working remotely, the successful candidate will lead the commercial strategy and pricing for high-impact opportunities across Latin America, partnering with various teams to enhance deal velocity and ensure long-term business health.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive the end-to-end commercial design for high-value CAPEX and OPEX transactions, advising Sales leadership on pricing architectures and negotiation strategies
  • Build comprehensive business cases and TCO/ROI analyses to articulate the financial advantages of the company's offerings against competitors
  • Apply global pricing frameworks to non-standard deals, balancing customer-centric structures with revenue accounting standards and risk thresholds
Required qualifications
  • Deep expertise in structuring complex hardware and subscription-based business models, with knowledge of revenue recognition and corporate pricing strategies
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into compelling narratives that influence negotiations and executive decisions
  • Advanced proficiency in SFDC, G-Sheets, and Tableau for evaluating market factors and designing scalable commercial solutions
  • Proven ability to unify Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to resolve contractual hurdles and finalize agreements
  • Ideal location in Sao Paulo, Brazil or Mexico City, covering all of LATAM
