Job Summary
Leading technical strategy and solution design for enterprise monitoring and observability platforms, the full-time Senior Monitoring/Observability Architect will provide architecture guidance for a large federal program while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead technical strategy and solution design for monitoring platforms and integrations
- Define implementation patterns for telemetry ingestion, alerting, and ITSM integration
- Produce architecture artifacts and support the development of technical strategies for systems-wide solutions
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in enterprise monitoring, observability, or APM engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams through complex architecture implementations
- Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills, with experience briefing senior leadership
- Experience developing proposal and bid strategies for large-scale, enterprise-level engagements
