Senior Mortgage Closer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Closer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit mortgage loan files for compliance inaccuracies according to internal, investor, and federal overlays
• Manage a daily pipeline while adhering to strict deadlines and coordinate funding authorization with title companies
• Provide exceptional customer service by facilitating communication between the closing department, bankers, and analysts

Required Qualifications:

• 2-year college degree or equivalent mortgage experience
• 5+ years of recent Residential Mortgage Closing experience
• Experience closing 60+ loans monthly
• Working knowledge of Fannie Mae, FHA, VA, USDA, and DPA programs
• Experience with traditional closings, mail-away, hybrid, and RON closings
