Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mortgage Closer to manage mortgage files and ensure accurate and timely closings in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review closing packages for residential mortgage loans
• Balance and finalize Closing Disclosures accurately and within required timelines
• Manage loans from clear to close through closing and funding coordination

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of recent mortgage closing experience in a true mortgage closer role
• Strong hands-on experience closing FHA, VA, Conventional, DPA, Non-QM, USDA, and Jumbo loans
• Proven ability to independently manage a full pipeline of mortgage closings
• Strong understanding of Closing Disclosures, balancing, funding coordination, and title/escrow interaction
• Strong TRID, HMDA, and RESPA knowledge
