Senior Mortgage Disclosure Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Disclosure Analyst to provide compliance support in mortgage lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate initial mortgage loan disclosures within TRID guidelines
• Manage requests for updated fees and re-work loans as necessary
• Act as a broker contact for mortgage disclosure activities and maintain knowledge of TRID and product guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of mortgage experience, including at least one year as a disclosure desk analyst or related role
• Working knowledge of federal lending regulations, CFPB, and TRID requirements
• Knowledge of mortgage lending policies, procedures, and product guidelines
• Ability to analyze documents for compliance with regulatory requirements
