Senior Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer with a valid CA license (NMLS) and DRE License preferred, to join their team and provide exceptional service and support to their Radius Agents and Radius Community.

Position Responsibilities:

• Work directly with Radius Agents and Radius Community, focusing on their needs throughout the loan process
• Delight clients, generate referrals, and maximize commission opportunities
• Thrive in a rapidly growing and fast-paced mortgage company environment

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as a Mortgage Broker and Correspondent Loan Officer
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• In-Side Sales Experience and Outbound Sales Calling Experience
• Speaker, Trainer & Panelist experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience as an MLO
