Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial appraisal of potential borrowers and assess credit standings
• Coordinate all aspects of submission to underwriting and ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide status updates to loan officers and clients, and maintain documentation accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience processing conventional, VA, and FHA loans
• Comprehension of direct/indirect lending procedures
• In-depth understanding of relevant rules and regulations
• Post TRID knowledge required
• Strong organizational skills
