Review and verify borrower documentation and financial information
Manage deadlines and ensure efficient processing of loans to closing

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of mortgage loan processing experience
Strong experience in manually calculating complex income scenarios
Experience with various loan programs including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, and Jumbo
Encompass experience required
Recent experience working for a Direct or wholesale mortgage banker
