Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Mortgage Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loans by analyzing required documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Prepare loan files for underwriting and closing, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all necessary documentation
• Provide customer service and support to applicants, realtors, and other stakeholders throughout the loan process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma and commitment to ongoing job-related education
• Minimum of 3 years of mortgage processing experience with knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, USDA, and VA
• Experience with state-sponsored down payment assistance programs and specific loan programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Windows, and Encompass loan processing system
• Knowledge of loan documentation policies and mortgage lending regulations
