Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze loan files across various loan types and programs
Review and verify borrower documentation and manage deadlines
Communicate with borrowers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure efficient loan processing

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of mortgage loan processing experience
Strong experience in manually calculating complex income scenarios
Familiarity with Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, Jumbo, and state housing programs
Experience with Encompass software is required
Recent experience working for a Direct or wholesale mortgage banker
