Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor (Full Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and audit all loan documents and information provided by the customer and loan officer
• Process loans for underwriting, including reviewing appraisals and supporting documents
• Prepare files for closing and ensure compliance with all regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 5 or more years of experience in mortgage loan processing
• Understanding of mortgage loan processing functions including FHA, VA, and Conventional Lending
• Knowledge of mortgage-related requirements, procedures, and underwriting criteria
• Experience with Encompass software is preferable
