Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Mortgage Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loans by analyzing required documentation for approvals
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate guidelines for credit packages
• Prepare loan files for underwriting and closing, ensuring all conditions are met

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma and commitment to ongoing job-related coursework
• Minimum of 3 years of mortgage processing experience with knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, USDA, and VA
• Experience with state-sponsored down payment and other assistance programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Windows, and Encompass loan processing system
• Knowledge of loan documentation policies and mortgage lending regulations
