Senior Mortgage Loan Processor

Job Summary

To support the mortgage processing team, the full-time Senior Mortgage Loan Processor will compile and audit loan information, coordinate files to closing, and serve as a knowledgeable resource for mortgage loan officers and other processors, with the option to work remotely from Texas or Oklahoma.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and audit all loan documents and information provided by customers and loan officers
• Process loans for underwriting, including reviewing appraisals and supporting documents
• Prepare files for closing by auditing title work, surveys, and necessary compliance documentation

Required qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage loan processing
• Understanding of FHA, VA, and Conventional Mortgage Lending
• Familiarity with Encompass software is preferred
• Knowledge of mortgage-related requirements, procedures, and underwriting criteria
