Senior Mortgage Product Developer

Job Summary

Seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual, the full-time Senior Mortgage Product Development Specialist will shape, launch, and sustain a competitive mortgage product suite while managing the full product lifecycle and ensuring compliance with investor and regulatory requirements, with hybrid and fully remote options available.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including concept development, launch execution, and performance monitoring
• Manage investor and Agency relationships, ensuring effective communication and compliance with guidelines
• Oversee the preparation and submission of investor and Agency recertifications, maintaining accuracy and timeliness

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of mortgage banking experience, particularly in Secondary Marketing and product development
• Demonstrated experience with investor and Agency recertifications, including preparation and submission of related documentation
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of mortgage guidelines, underwriting practices, and loan salability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent analytical skills
