Senior Mortgage Risk Data Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Mortgage Risk Data Analyst is a full-time position responsible for independently gathering, validating, analyzing, and presenting operational, regulatory, and risk-related data for management and compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and analyze risk and regulatory reporting data for various stakeholders
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Mortgage Call Report preparation and state reporting requirements
• Identify data trends and operational risks while providing recommendations for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on risk, compliance, or regulatory reporting
• 3 years of experience in a risk, compliance, or data analytics capacity
• Knowledge of Mortgage Call Report preparation and state regulatory reporting requirements
• Strong understanding of federal mortgage regulations and investor guidelines
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
