Senior Mortgage Technology Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Mortgage Technology Consultant who will work directly with customers to meet their Professional Services needs related to Encompass implementations and optimizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage external client relationships by identifying needs and providing solutions based on mortgage workflow knowledge
• Organize projects using Teamwork Project Management software and lead weekly project calls to ensure clear communication and task completion
• Develop and configure advanced Encompass solutions and environments, adapting to new workflows and integrations as necessary

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with the ICE Mortgage Technology Encompass platform, including advanced programming functions
• 7+ years of understanding of mortgage lending and regulatory requirements as they apply to production workflows
• Proficiency in Encompass programming, including business rules and custom setups
• Experience with Encompass Web, SDK programming, and troubleshooting issues at a root level
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
