Senior Motion Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join their Studio team for a high-impact contract engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with UX Research, Design, Illustration, and Engineering teams to identify and implement motion design opportunities
• Design and implement polished motion solutions aligned with guidelines, addressing UX challenges
• Own the design and maintenance of motion libraries and collaborate with Visual Design leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in Motion Design within Product Design or UX environments
• Strong expertise in After Effects and Figma, with a deep understanding of motion design principles
• Experience with design systems and knowledge of technical constraints across platforms
• Experience partnering closely with front-end engineering teams for UI implementation
