Senior Motion Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a freelance basis, the Senior Motion Designer will collaborate with product marketers and brand designers to create engaging product feature demos and compelling animations that make complex AI concepts accessible to diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with product marketers and brand designers to conceptualize and execute engaging product feature demonstrations
• Create compelling motion graphics and animations to effectively communicate AI features through clear storytelling
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and stay current with motion design trends to enhance visual communications

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio, including at least one complete motion system
• Proficiency in industry-standard motion design software such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Premiere
• Experience creating product demonstrations or explainer videos, particularly for technology products
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging visual communications
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience in B2B technology marketing or developer-focused content
