Senior Motion Designer

Job Summary

Owning the motion design discipline across the European region, the full-time Senior Motion Designer will create and oversee motion graphics for campaigns, mentor junior creatives, and ensure all content is optimized for YouTube and Meta while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create, animate, and edit motion graphics and video content for campaigns, ensuring adaptation for YouTube and Meta
• Use performance data to inform creative decisions and improve testing velocity within motion design
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members while managing relationships with agencies and freelancers

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of hands-on motion design and video editing experience with a strong portfolio
• Expert-level proficiency in motion design tools such as After Effects and Premiere
• Native or fluent German speaker with excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience creating YouTube-first video content and familiarity with performance data tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume projects against tight deadlines
