Senior Motion Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a talented Senior Motion Designer, this full-time hybrid position will shape the visual identity of the brand through dynamic motion, deliver high-quality animation solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate design standards.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, design, and animate engaging content across various channels, including in-app animations and marketing assets
• Collaborate with product designers and engineers to implement motion design within the app using tools like LottieFiles or Rive
• Create and maintain a library of core brand animations while evolving brand identity systems to support stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Proven track record in motion design roles with a strong portfolio showcasing branding and visual storytelling
• Expert proficiency in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with Figma asset import/export and participation in collaborative brainstorming sessions
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
