Senior Motion Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Motion Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a user-centric, utilitarian Motion Design System that scales beyond mobile & web products to brand & marketing materials
• Embed within product teams to improve craft, drive system-wide adoption, and up-level design quality
• Produce clear specs, QA work, and ensure designs are polished and ready for implementation handoff or final delivery

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of motion design experience in a product and/or marketing setting
• Ability to use motion to narrate user experience based on behaviors, needs, and emotion
• Experience designing and building durable motion systems at scale within a large product organization
• Strong foundation in basic animation principles and interest in accessibility best practices
• Proficiency in After Effects, Figma, Lottie Files, Rive, Photoshop, and Illustrator
