Senior MSP Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior MSP Engineer - Automation and Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and deployment of MSP-managed tools in client environments
• Maintain and improve platform configurations across the client base
• Write and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation workflows for various operational tasks

Required Qualifications

• Proven senior-level experience in a multi-client MSP environment
• Expert-level administration of ConnectWise Automate or equivalent MSP RMM toolset
• Ability to write PowerShell scripts from scratch for operational solutions
• Deep experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
• Strong knowledge of Windows endpoint management and Active Directory
