Senior MTM Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound and make outbound calls to schedule MTM clinician interventions for eligible beneficiaries
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MTM programs and assist with training and Quality Assurance
• Document and research returned member materials and perform outreach calls to pharmacies and prescriber offices

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent GED
• 2 years of work experience as an MTM Specialist
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Knowledge of government programs (Medicare)
• Experience with highly confidential medical information is preferred
