Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Success Guide - Mulesoft.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted subject-matter expert on MuleSoft, particularly in relation to AI
• Engage with Premier and Signature customers to optimize their MuleSoft usage
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while driving thought leadership

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in technology
• Experience with MuleSoft or similar middleware/integration technologies
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently
• Ability to stay updated on emerging integration, automation, and AI technologies
