Senior Multimedia Producer

Job Summary

Leading the planning and production of multimedia content, the part-time salaried Senior Multimedia Producer will manage webinars, video storytelling projects, and other digital content initiatives in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the multimedia production calendar, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
• Produce webinars and virtual events, handling all aspects of planning and execution
• Lead the production of original video content, overseeing all phases from pre-production to publication

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in producing video, live events, webinars, or digital media
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end content production and complex stakeholder relationships
• Strong editorial judgment and storytelling skills, particularly in translating complex health information
• Familiarity with webinar platforms, video production workflows, and CMS publishing
• Experience in health, science, nonprofit, journalism, or mission-driven media environments preferred
