Senior Municipal Applications Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Municipal business, the full-time Senior Municipal Applications Engineer will leverage expertise in pumps and municipal water/wastewater systems to assist with pump selections, develop proposals, and provide technical support to distributors and customers, while potentially working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and prepare comprehensive proposals
• Select optimal centrifugal pump configurations using proprietary software tools
• Provide technical support and manage orders from quote to delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience with rotating equipment, preferably centrifugal pumps
• Familiarity with generating technical quotations and processing customer orders
• Knowledge of municipal water and wastewater systems is preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office and pump selection software
