Senior Murex Consultant
Job Summary
To support a leading Murex practice, the remote contractor Senior Murex Consultant will resolve front office issues, validate pricing and valuation of financial products, and manage day-to-day project tasks while collaborating with technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve daily front office issues related to functional, valuation, and pricing aspects
- Validate pricing and valuation of financial products and manage yield curves and product assignments
- Develop business requirements and contribute to solutions for project deliverables while assisting support groups with P&L and market data issues
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Murex front office functionalities/modules
- Strong product knowledge in Interest Rate Derivatives (IRD), Equity Derivatives (EQD), and Credit Derivatives (CRD)
- Experience in financial markets and product implementation
- Strong understanding of P&L concepts and market data management
- BS or higher degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred
