Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mutual Fund Service Professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day control monitoring reports and research requests
• Conduct testing and control monitoring, providing feedback on test proceedings to ensure regulatory objectives are met
• Assist with complex, escalated, and exception cases for field professionals and clients

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years of customer service interaction or mutual fund experience
• 2 to 3 years of expertise within the financial industry with knowledge of financial laws and regulations
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and think critically
• Strong proficiency in navigating multiple systems and MS Office Suite
