A company is looking for a Senior Narrative Performance Producer.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and organize roadmaps, schedules, and requirements for project management
• Proactively identify and address project issues and conflicts while maintaining team alignment
• Independently lead project management of large cross-functional teams, ensuring quality and timely completion

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Producer or in a comparable role on a high-quality gaming title
• Experience producing Cinematics and managing multiple dependencies
• Deep understanding of industry-specific tools and workflows
• Experience gathering feedback and coordinating mocap shoots
• Strong background in collaborative team environments
