Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver growth objectives while managing budgets, profitability, and promotional spending
- Lead internal and external relationships for assigned customers and manage the Commercial Action Plan
- Collaborate on sales plans, manage P&L, and execute training sessions for agency partners
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university required
- 5-8 years of CPG selling experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Three or more years of managing or selling experience with Kroger in health, beauty, or wellness
- Experience in developing and implementing business plans that exceed expected goals
- Experienced in P&L management and understanding key line items
