Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver growth objectives while managing budgets, profitability, and promotional spending
  • Lead internal and external relationships for assigned customers and manage the Commercial Action Plan
  • Collaborate on sales plans, manage P&L, and execute training sessions for agency partners
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university required
  • 5-8 years of CPG selling experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Three or more years of managing or selling experience with Kroger in health, beauty, or wellness
  • Experience in developing and implementing business plans that exceed expected goals
  • Experienced in P&L management and understanding key line items
