Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver growth objectives while managing budgets, profitability, and promotional spend rates
- Lead customer relationships and collaborate on sales plans to meet annual targets
- Manage P&L, execute training sessions, and prepare strategic presentations for account calls
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university required
- 5-8 years of CPG selling experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Three or more years of experience managing or selling with Kroger in health, beauty, or wellness
- Experience in developing and implementing business plans that exceed expected goals
- Experienced in P&L management and understanding key line items
