Job Summary

Senior National Account Manager is a full-time position responsible for achieving revenue and profit goals for key customers, leading sales agency partnerships, and driving sales strategies for the company's dermatology brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver growth objectives while managing budgets, profitability, and promotional spend rates
  • Lead the customer relationship and collaborate on sales plans to meet annual targets
  • Manage P&L, including trade spend rates and sales forecasting, while executing training sessions for sales partners
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university required
  • 5-8 years of CPG selling experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Three or more years of experience managing or selling with Kroger in health, beauty, or wellness
  • Experience in developing and implementing business plans that exceed expected goals
  • Demonstrated ability to impact key decision makers and manage P&L effectively
