Senior .NET Application Support Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior .NET Application Support Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead support for applications using SQL, ASP.NET Core Web API, Splunk, batch processes, and Entity Framework Core
• Oversee the implementation and adoption of .NET Core technologies to ensure scalable, high performing applications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to improve productivity and quality

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of Incident Management and Problem Management processes
• Experience supporting batch processes
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Control M
• Experience supporting .NET applications
• Working knowledge of Splunk and Ansible
